Junior In House Tournaments
"Tennis is mostly mental. You win or lose the match before you go out there".
- Venus Williams.
Played against your peers in a friendly environment, Junior In House Tournaments are a great way to introduce coaching students to the competition side of the game. For those students already competing in a weekly competition, Junior In House Tournaments are a great opportunity to practice match play, increase match fitness and work on the tactical side of your game.
Furthermore, Junior In House Tournaments create that team feeling by bringing the coaching students from the Hurstbridge Tennis Club together, teaching them to encourage and support each other.
Junior In House Tournaments are hosted by NANDM and run at the end of each term. Matches are played in a round-robin format as it gives more matches to each player. All participants receive a certificate and a tennis gift. Food and drink are provided.
Details will be emailed to eligible coaching students during the term.
